Key Notes for Essex County Investors

20% deposit must be in certified check, money order, or bank check — no exceptions. Bring multiple checks in varying amounts.

There is NO pre-registration — all bidders must appear in person on sale day between 12:30 and 1:30 PM.

Properties may be adjourned, settled, or cancelled right up to the sale date. Always check the website or call 973-621-4116 the morning of the sale.
