Atlantic County (Mays Landing) holds sheriff’s sales on Thursdays at 12:00 PM (noon) in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Criminal Courthouse, 4997 Unami Boulevard, Mays Landing, NJ 08330. All bids are in increments of $1,000 or more (effective July 24, 2025), and all winning bidders must present a valid ID. Atlantic County is notably the jurisdiction whose sheriff was the lead plaintiff in the August 2025 case (MER-C-94-24) that struck down the nonprofit provision of the CWPP statewide.
